Docsis 3.0 Gear Tracker II

Arris Group Inc. (Nasdaq: ARRS) broke through CableLabs Wave 59 with more stamps for Docsis 3.0, this time obtaining re-certification for the Touchstone 702G embedded multimedia terminal adapter (E-MTA) and a fresh certification for a standalone Wideband modem called the WBM750. (See Arris EMTA Gets 3.0 Stamp.)
Late last week, Arris said the 702G, which packs in support for high-speed Internet and VOIP services, became the first 3.0-certified model to also receive certification for PacketCable 1.5. (See Arris EMTA Gets 3.0 Stamp.)
But it wasn't the only device that could claim that distinction for long. On Monday, June 9, CableLabs announced that the Motorola Inc. (NYSE: MOT) SBV6220 E-MTA also made it through Wave 59 with re-certification for Docsis 3.0 and a fresh certification for PacketCable 1.5. (See Arris, Moto Get PacketCable'd.)
Both the 702G and the SBV6220 originally obtained Docsis 3.0 certification following Wave 58. (See Modems, CMTSs Break Docsis 3.0 Barrier .)
With those additions, here's a refresh on the list of modems and cable modem termination systems (CMTSs) that have passed Docsis 3.0 muster so far.
Table 1: Docsis 3.0-Certified Cable Modems and E-MTAs
Table 2: Docsis 3.0-Qualified Cable Modem Termination Systems (CMTSs)
According to the CableLabs schedule (PDF), results from Certification Wave 60 should be known by the end of June.
