Charter, which hopes to emerge from a Chapter 11 reorg before the end of the year, hasn't shared much about its future Docsis 3.0 rollout plans. However, Charter CTO Marwan Fawaz noted during the opening session of the SCTE Cable-Tec Expo in Denver last week that the MSO expects to have the majority of its footprint ready for Docsis 3.0 by "early 2011."
