Aurora Networks, Technetix form partnership for European cable market

COLOGNE, Germany -- Aurora Networks, Inc., the only optical transport solution provider focused on delivering a cost-effective, optimized platform for next-generation cable services, today announced it has strengthened its presence in the European cable market by establishing a reseller partnership with Technetix, a leading European broadband cable and telecommunications equipment supplier.

Through this partnership, the companies are targeting European cable operators with Aurora Networks’ solutions, such as Fiber Deep, RFoG and segmentation technologies. The relationship will enhance Aurora Networks’ existing European business structure, which supports cable operators across the continent as they evolve their networks for the delivery of advanced services available today and tomorrow.

Technetix, headquartered in the United Kingdom, sells, designs and manufactures market-leading critical network technology solutions to cable operators all across Europe. The company, which has sales and support offices in 10 European countries, has more than 20 years experience in the cable TV business.
