Ambeault: The Answer Man
How else do you explain this -- a series of posts on the Verizon Idea Exchange in which existing FiOS customers complain about the company's policies for charging $39 to upgrade a DVR -- and their complaints are answered by the DIRECTOR OF VIDEO SERVICES?
And this is apparently not a one-time thing, as answers from Ambeault to other FiOS customers are all over the Verizon Idea Exchange, which is part of Verizon Community website.
He even takes some hits from FiOS subscribers not all that impressed by his answers, and comes back ticking. But really, Joe, what self-respecting telco exec talks directly to customers?
