Team will target global opportunities

FREMONT, Calif. -- Actelis Networks(R), the first company to enable fiber-quality transport services over local loop copper, announced today three seasoned telecommunications veterans have joined the organization to drive worldwide sales.

Thomas P. Reynolds, a 22 year veteran of the telecommunications industry, has been named senior vice president, worldwide sales and support. Reynolds extensive experience in the telecommunications industry includes managing several successful sales groups for organizations such as Lightbridge (NASDAQ:LTBG), Cambia Networks, Ericsson's Data Backbone and Optical Division (NASDAQ:ERICD), PairGain Technologies, Motorola's Information Networking Group (NYSE:MOT) and Harris Datacom (NYSE:HRS). In his new role, Reynolds will define Actelis Networks sales strategy and increase worldwide revenues with support from veteran sales executives Charles Evans and Dov Levanon. Charles H. Evans has been appointed vice president of international markets. In this role, Evans will manage and drive all sales activities for the Southeast Asia, Oceania, and Central and South America regions. Evans comes to Actelis Networks with more than 25 years of international sales and marketing experience with an emphasis on RBOCs, independent telcos and international markets. Most recently, Evans served as vice president of business development at Bravara. Prior to Bravara, Evans was vice president of international sales and marketing at Tailyn Communications (5353.TWO). Evans has also held high-level management positions with E/O Networks, Communications Technology Corporation, ADC Telecommunications (NASDAQ:ADCT), NEC America (NASDAQ:NIPNY), Nortel (NYSE:NT) and Lynch Communications Systems. Dov Levanon joins Actelis Networks as vice president of international sales. In this role, Levanon will manage and drive all sales activities for the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions. Levanon has more than 25 years of international sales experience with technology companies in Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Actelis, Levanon was founder and CEO of Wydeband, Inc., which developed and deployed broadband multi-service platforms for DSL networks. Prior to founding Wydeband, Levanon was regional vice president at Comverse, Inc. (NASDAQ:CMVT)
