Vodafone Hungary awards Amdocs a system integration contract to replace Vodafone Hungary's legacy billing system with Amdocs Enabler

ST. LOUIS -- Amdocs (NYSE: DOX - News), the world's leading provider of billing and CRM products and services for true integrated customer management, today announced that Vodafone Hungary, an affiliate of Vodafone Group Plc, the largest mobile telecommunications network company in the world, has awarded Amdocs a system integration contract. Vodafone Hungary had previously selected Amdocs Enabler as its new billing system of choice. Under this current contract, Amdocs is being awarded the role of system integrator for a turnkey project to replace Vodafone Hungary's legacy billing system with Amdocs Enabler, including the deployment of third party hardware and the overall integration of the new system into the existing systems environment.

Amdocs will set up a Project Management Office (PMO) dedicated to managing all concurrent parties and processes and to ensuring the cost-effective delivery of the overall project, whilst meeting Vodafone Hungary's time and quality requirements. Amdocs will also provide Vodafone Hungary with a comprehensive set of consulting and integration services, such as product implementation and configuration, migration and conversion, testing, training and business processes integration services. Vodafone Hungary will be deploying Amdocs Enabler and additional Amdocs products for customer management and billing for all services it provides to customers. The new system will support all payment methods and customer types and will serve to strengthen customer loyalty by providing advanced support for corporate customers and introducing new value-added services.
