DENVER -- Ubee Interactive Corp is pleased to announce that our Executive Chairman Robert Y. L. Mao will take on the expanded duty of company President as of Jan. 16, 2012, upon the retirement of Dr. Yuan-Hao Lin as CEO of Ubee.

During his five-year tenure, Dr. Lin has significantly developed Ubee into an international brand with leadership in DOCSIS 3.0 and wireless devices while nearly tripling annual revenue. Mr. Mao said, "We thank Yuan-Hao for his contributions to Ubee and look forward to welcoming him as a board member after his retirement."
