NEW YORK -- TTR Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:TTRE) announced today that it signed a development and licensing agreement with Lucent Technologies (NYSE:LU) for Lucent to develop next-generation "Triple Play" management and routing technology, designed to provide Fiber-to-the-Premises (FTTP) capabilities to customers for voice, video, data, and voice-over-Internet protocol (VoIP) services.

Under the agreement, Lucent will begin furnishing TTR with fully operational equipment designs, beginning in February 2004, and will conclude deliveries of design packages in August 2004. In consideration, TTR will compensate Lucent with agreed-upon development fees. Lucent will also be entitled to royalties based on the revenues collected by TTR from the sale or license of the equipment.

Also under the terms of the Agreement, Lucent has agreed not to use any new technologies developed with TTR for creating or marketing products that may directly compete with TTR's products that are based on the licensed technologies.

Judah Marvin Feigenbaum, the Chief Executive Officer of TTR, stated, "We believe that this agreement represents a unique and exciting opportunity for TTR."

"Lucent and Bell Labs have a rich, strong portfolio of technologies, which we continue to leverage in a multitude of applications," said Paul Wilford, product development director for Bell Labs' Advanced Technologies group.
