January 17, 2005
THIRSK, U.K. -- TeleWare the leading provider of intelligent business communication solutions to Enterprise and Service Providers today announced that their IP based V10 software will be covered as a free of charge software upgrade to their existing customer base.
Charges for support, maintenance and future software upgrades can be unpredictable. TeleWare have in place an Annual User Licence Maintenance Agreement (AULM) which provides their customers with peace of mind since software support and maintenance for licensed applications are all the responsibility of TeleWare.
“The AULM ensures a known cost of ownership and assists in future proofing the investment made in TeleWare applications. This is not always the case within the telephony market where additional releases of software can be expensive and not planned for” said Tony Knight, Managing Director, TeleWare Group Plc. “This approach allows our customers to benefit from TeleWare's policy of continued improvement of products and services, gaining access to new features and facilities as introduced into the market” added Knight.
