LONDON -- Actix, the global provider of wireless network performance engineering solutions, today revealed that Syriatel, the leading Syrian mobile telecommunication operator, has been using Actix’ GSM wireless performance engineering solution for the last year and a half to optimize its rapidly growing GSM network - around 2500 new subscribers are joining it each day. Syriatel selected Actix’ GSM solution because of its ease of use, and its ability to enable engineers to solve more problems in less time, a critical factor in taking control of network quality as the number of subscribers increases. Using Actix’ software, Syriatel can solve problems that previously took two engineers half a day, to be solved by a single engineer in around an hour.

Actix’ wireless performance engineering solutions are entirely vendor independent and enable operators to analyze raw wireless network data in fine detail from a mix of network technologies, systems and data collection solutions.
