PALATINE, Ill. -- StarNet, Inc., one of the largest wholesale dialup and VoIP providers in the United States, has signed a distribution agreement with Small World Communications, a leading authorized cellular agent in the Kansas City market, to distribute StarNet's VoiceEclipse service through all of their retail locations.

StarNet's VoiceEclipse service is focused on providing consumers with superior line quality, service options and pricing. All product packages include standard phone features such as call forwarding, call waiting, voicemail, and the unique "Find Me" phone-forwarding feature, free of charge. Retail packages begin at $12.95 and range up to an unlimited, feature-rich offering for just $29.95.

Small World, locally owned and operated since 1998, will bring its focused customer service into the VE arena as they offer the service at each of the eleven stores in the Kansas City area. "As one of the largest cellular agents in the Midwest, we are very excited to add VoiceEclipse services to our roster of strategic alliances," says Kelly Yarborough, owner of Small World Communications. "I see the VoIP market looking very much the way cellular looked 10 years ago, it's ready to explode. Partnering with a strong, quality-focused team like StarNet positions Small World ahead of the game and allows us to continue to offer our customers the cutting-edge technology they have come to expect."

Michael Alonzo, Director of Business Development at StarNet, concurs. "When trying to build a national brand, having a brick-and-mortar presence is just as important as a web presence," says Alonzo. "Kansas City is one of the first VE markets we opened, and Small World is well-positioned to offer that store-front presence."
