TelePlus and Digitrad France to provide certain foreign language assisted services to new and existing Skype customers

LOS ANGELES -- TelePlus Group, a pioneer in the field of international telecommunications, today announces a wholesale deal in association with Digitrad France to provide certain foreign language assisted services to new and existing Skype customers. TelePlus' innovative and low-cost 1TouchConnectT (1TC) product and service gives users direct access to a full-service concierge and translator in their native language. 1TC is the only comprehensive global communications service that offers around-the-clock "in-language" on-demand information solutions for the International consumer. TelePlus Group is currently finalizing an acquisition deal to become a part of Texxon Inc. (OTCBB:TXXN) and expects closing within 30 days.

The deal allows the recently launched Skype Voice Services Program to target individuals in need of a personal translator during any Skype-in or Skype-out VoIP call. The service is part of an initiative announced by Skype for Business, to lower operating costs and increase productivity for the estimated 22.5 million business users. TelePlus will provide Skype customers with an efficient and low-cost solution to language barriers by offering concierge and interpreter services in French, Spanish, Cantonese and Mandarin. It is anticipated the addition of Japanese language services for Skype customers will immediately follow.
