SingTel deploys Juniper Networks' M-series routers in Internet Exchange expansion

SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- Juniper Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: JNPR), a leading provider of trusted infrastructures for the New Public Network, and SingTel today announced the deployment of Juniper Networks M-series Internet routers in the SingTel IX network. This robust network buildout focuses on expanding global network capacity, and introducing new services for corporate and wholesale users based on Internet Protocol (IP). SingTel IX, Asia's largest Internet Exchange, provides high-quality, reliable Internet connectivity within Asia Pacific, and to the rest of the world. SingTel IX selected Juniper Networks to provide a secure, reliable Internet infrastructure with edge scalability and a rich feature set in support of advanced IP services, such as global multiprotocol label switching (MPLS) virtual private networks (VPNs).
