TORONTO -- Redline Communications, Inc. a leading provider of standards-based WiMAX and broadband wireless infrastructure products and WiMAX 20/20, LLC, a broadband wireless market research and consulting firm, announced today that Redline has signed an agreement to utilize a custom version of the WiMAX 20/20 WiROI™ Business Case Tool to illustrate the benefits of the RedMAX™ carrier-class solutions to operators deploying WiMAX networks. This agreement will enable Redline to provide operators with a comprehensive, easy to use business case analysis tool built around the WiROI GUI.

The WiROI Business Case Tool has been designed specifically for WiMAX operators to allow them to create a business case analysis for their target market. The tool accepts a wide range of market data, technical parameters, and financial and service planning inputs that can be tailored to a particular geography. The WiROI Tool can simulate a WiMAX network deployment and operation using a variety of service plans and equipment.

The Redline WiROI has an easy-to-use, interactive, dashboard-style Graphical User Interface (GUI) to enable the user to perform real-time Sensitivity Analyses and view the results instantly. With the click of a button, the user will be able to model networks built with either the 802.16d, fixed WiMAX standard or the 802.16e-2005 mobile WiMAX standard.

“Using the WiROI GUI, Redline will be able to show network operators the impact of deploying a variety of RedMAX solutions including both fixed and mobile WiMAX,” said Kevin Suitor, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Redline Communications Inc. “With more than 125 carrier deployments of our RedMAX solutions worldwide, Redline has helped operators generate a rapid return on their investment. By utilizing the WiROI GUI, we can now provide operators the ability to clearly understand both the short and long term business implications of various technology choices.”
