Raza Foundries Raises $125M

Investors in the incubator include AMCC, Broadcom, Cisco, Infineon, LSI Logic, PMC-Sierra, Siemens, Virata, and Xilinx

SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Raza Foundries, the premier Metacompany(TM) building and operating broadband networking and communications companies, announced it has raised $125 million from a who's who in networking, telecommunications equipment and high performance component companies, including lead investor Cisco Systems. The Series C investment round brings Raza Foundries' post-money valuation to over $1 billion.
