DOHA, Qatar -- Qtel International has concluded a major framework agreement (FA) with Nokia Siemens Networks to support its long-term development strategy across international markets.

As part of the agreement, Nokia Siemens Networks will provide its leading mobile infrastructure technology across the operations of The Qtel Group. Included in this infrastructure is the deployment of its market-leading energy-efficient Flexi base stations and other innovative network systems and services.
