Nokia Launches New N95

Nokia announces the addition of the new Nokia N95 multimedia computer optimized for North American HSDPA

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Engineered to take advantage of high speed HSDPA networks in North America, Nokia today announced the addition of the new North American optimized Nokia N95 multimedia computer. Along with North American 3G compatibility, this new Nokia N95 retains all the award-winning functionality of the existing Nokia N95, while adding a number of other notable product upgrades including assisted GPS (A-GPS) for faster navigational fixes while using the included enhanced Nokia Maps application, a full 124MB of operational RAM memory to complement the included 1 GB microSD memory card and the 160MB internal memory, and a higher capacity battery for extended operating time.

The revolutionary Nokia N95 is an all-in-one multimedia computer with a pioneering 2-way slide concept, integrated GPS functionality with maps, 5 megapixel camera and DVD-like quality video. The Nokia N95 offers a first class entertainment experience with the combination of a large 2.6" QVGA 16 million color display, impressive 3D graphics, built-in stereo speakers offering a 3D stereo effect, standard 3.5 mm audio jack, support for compatible microSD cards and mini USB for convenient data transfer.
