NetScreen signs agreement with IBM Global Services to expand service and support for its network security customers

The agreement with IBM expands NetScreen's service and support offerings to include rapid hardware replacement of NetScreen products that secure mission-critical networks. NetScreen has created two new onsite support offerings - Next Business Day and 4-Hour Onsite Support - leveraging IBM Global Services' thousands of service representatives in field locations throughout the United States.
