LENEXA, Kan. –The National Cable Television Cooperative (NCTC), representing more than 750 small and mid-sized independent cable operators across the U.S., today announced the appointment of four new members to its Board of Directors. Katie Espeseth, vice president, EPB Chattanooga; Brad Moline, president, Allo Communications; Matt Weller, president, All West Communications; and Tom Whitaker, senior vice president-cable, Shentel Communications were elected to the board on July 29 at NCTC’s annual members’ meeting, The Independent Show, in Anaheim, California.
Selected for their innovative work to bring exceptional products and services to their customers, the incoming board members are respected industry leaders with expertise in broadband, finance, operations, and engineering.

Kristi Ramsey, Director of Content Management, TDS, has joined the Programming Committee.
NCTC board members commit to a three-year term and work in partnership with NCTC leaders to support its more than 750 member companies.
