Narus Announces $26M 3rd Round

Boosts total funding to $57 million

PALO ALTO, Calif. -- NARUS, Inc, a leading provider of business infrastructure systems and software to make the Internet profitable, recently closed a $26 million, 3rd-round financing that attracted corporate investors as well as top-tier venture investment partnerships. Intel Communications Fund, KPMG Consulting, NTT Software Corporation, and Sumisho Electronics Corporation Ltd. joined Bowman Capital and Presidio Venture Partners Ltd. in the round. Also participating were previous NARUS investors Chase Capital Partners, Inc, Global Crossing Ventures, Mayfield Fund, and Walden Ventures. This brings total investment in NARUS to nearly $57 million.
