SAN JOSE, Calif. -- MegaPath Inc., one of the leading providers of managed data, voice, and security services in North America, today announced that Modell’s Sporting Goods, America’s oldest and largest family-owned and operated sporting goods equipment, footwear and active apparel retailer, is leveraging MegaPath’s connectivity and VPN services. The retailer is also extending the relationship by migrating to MegaPath’s private MPLS network to support voice over IP (VoIP) communications and other performance-critical applications in its more than 150 locations throughout the East Coast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
