HERNDON, Va. -- ACSI Network Technologies, Inc. ("ACSI NT"), a subsidiary of e.spire(R) Communications, Inc. (OTC Pinksheets: ESPIQ) and a leading provider of metropolitan area optical fiber networks and strategic network design services, will provide Looking Glass Networks, Inc., a true facilities-based provider of high-bandwidth, flexible metropolitan data transport services for carrier and enterprise customers, with commercial building access in several locations in the Washington, DC, area. ACSI NT will provide Looking Glass with conduits to seven buildings. Looking Glass' backbone will link directly to key carrier switching facilities, central offices, enterprise buildings, and data centers both in Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia.
