CPCNet launches managed secure remote access service based on Juniper's SSL and MPLS technologies

SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- Juniper Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: JNPR) today announced that CPCNet Hong Kong Limited, a subsidiary of CITIC Pacific, has launched a managed Virtual Private Networking (VPN) service, one of the first of this type of managed VPN in Asia, based on Juniper Networks Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) technologies. This new SSL/MPLS VPN service is implemented using Juniper Networks M-series multi-service edge routing platforms and award-winning NetScreen RA500 secure access appliances.
