MINNEAPOLIS -- ADC Ventures, the investment arm of ADC (Nasdaq:ADCT; www.adc.com), announced today it has invested in VManage, an Israeli start-up company focused on providing a broadband network management platform for the network communications domain. ADC's investment is valued at up to $1.3 million in seed money.

VManage solutions (VNMS(TM)) are designed to enable a common platform for unified management of a wide range of element types using a single scalable software package. The solution enables providers to tailor and deploy broadband management systems quickly for specific needs in a fraction of the time conventional existing solutions require.
