WASHINGTON -- Isocore carried out an independent validation of the AMN 1700 Packet Transport System (PTS) of Hitachi, Ltd. (NYSE: HIT - News), which is positioned as aggregation switch for access infrastructure and label switching node in a metro network environment. The testing demonstrated the AMN platform’s provisioning, quality of service, and high-reliability ensuring the independence between the control and data plane.
