PARIS -- InfoVista (NASDAQ: IVTA – Nouveau Marché: 7667), a global provider of intelligent performance management software solutions today announced that it has been selected as a core component of the enterprise management architecture for Source Integrated Networks, one of Australia's leading providers of managed network services. Source is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SingTel Optus.

In the process of upgrading its enterprise architecture management and reporting platform, Source recognized the need to enhance the levels of performance reporting it could provide clients. Source selected industry-leading enterprise management vendors to form the basis of the Source Enterprise Management Architecture (SEMA). InfoVista was chosen as the performance management component to deliver basic and enhanced performance reporting services. InfoVista was selected for its adaptability to address unique customer requirements, real-time reporting capability, and open architecture that enables easy integration with Source's existing vendors used in its Network Operations Center (NOC).

"We are excited to work with InfoVista to enhance our new Source Enterprise Management Architecture," stated John Caelli, General Manager of Source Integrated Networks. "Source is committed to providing its customers with integrated services that leverage best-of-breed solutions."

Source provides managed services to over 1,000 client sites throughout Australia. These services support a wide range of technologies and topologies including WANS, VPNs, voice/data networks, IP Telephony, LANs, servers, among others. InfoVista enables Source to offer its clients a range of performance reporting options from basic overviews and SLA compliance reports, to detailed, hardware-specific real-time reports. InfoVista will provide standard reporting for all networks under Source management. Source clients will also have the option to access more detailed infrastructure performance analysis for capacity planning, strategic network planning, as well as real-time reporting. Source clients will access InfoVista reports through a Web-based portal via the Source website client area.

"Source is establishing itself as a leading MSP in Australia and InfoVista is pleased to play a key role in its new enterprise management architecture," stated Julien Dahan, Senior Vice President, Asia-Pacific Operations, InfoVista. "We are excited to help Source realize improvements in operating efficiencies and customer experience through the application of our intelligent performance management solutions."
