February 23, 2004
PHILADELPHIA -- Incognito Software, Inc. today announced that it will demonstrate Broadband Command Center - a fully integrated high-speed data and voice over IP (VoIP) device provisioning suite for broadband operators - at the CableLabs® Winter Conference.
Incognito's Broadband Command Center combines industry-leading DHCP, TFTP, DNS, and Voice Provisioning applications in a single integrated package to ensure trouble-free rollout of high-speed data, voice and video services. Broadband Command Center fully supports secure PacketCable(tm) and includes an optional KDC service. To meet changing consumer demands, dynamic cable modem and MTA configuration file generation is also included to support rapid and limitless creation of multiple service tiers. In addition, seamless integration with customer care centers and back-office systems are supported via XML and CORBA interfaces.
"Broadband Command Center has received favorable response since its December launch and we believe this stems from a necessity to address the growing complexities associated with rolling out new DOCSIS® and PacketCable services," said Patricia Steadman, CEO of Incognito. "Broadband Command Center offers exceptional scalability, security, and multiple service support-all while delivering high-margin services, reducing administration costs, and leveraging existing infrastructures with ease and efficiency."
