The combined company will operate under Ensim's brand, with headquarters in Sunnyvale, CA, and regional offices in Waltham, MA, and Pune, India. Key members of TeleGea's management team will hold leadership positions at the new Ensim.

"We view this acquisition as a win-win-win for both companies and, most importantly, our customers," said Steven Domenikos. "By joining forces with Ensim, we are able to expand our product offerings to bring our customers a complete solution for all their service delivery needs."

"Over the next decade, we see an enormous opportunity for service providers embracing a hosted services model," said Scott Sandell, General Partner at New Enterprise Associates and Chairman of the Ensim Board of Directors.
