WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Dynarc, a provider of next-generation optical IP network solutions, today announced the Dynarc 1124 access router delivering guaranteed quality of service (QoS) and management of IP-based services to the edge of the optical IP network. The new access router will enable service providers to guarantee best-effort services, end-to-end QoS and deliver instant provisioning capabilities.

Assisting Metropolitan Service Providers (MSPs), the Dynarc 1124 will provide all the functionality of IP routing, dynamic switching, add/drop multiplexing, and VLAN support. It also includes 24 10/100 Ethernet ports for fast and simple connections in a single, scalable box. Driving towards a complete service offering for customers, MSPs can deliver IP-based services, high-speed Internet access, legacy voice, and streaming audio and video capabilities at a very low price point.
