SAN MATEO, Calif. -- Kagoor Networks, a leading provider of session border control solutions, announced that Digital Agent, a voice and data CLEC and ISP, has chosen Kagoor's VoiceFlow remote Network Address Translation (NAT) traversal application. After extensive testing, Digital Agent deployed Kagoor's solution to accelerate VoIP services to small and medium-sized businesses in Georgia, many of which have data firewalls and NAT devices in place.

Kagoor's carrier grade network-hosted NAT traversal application allows VoIP endpoint traffic to traverse data NAT/firewalls with no configuration changes and no compromise to the security of the customer's network. With VoiceFlow NAT traversal, Digital Agent's remote users are being served without adding any additional networking equipment on the customer's premises. This provides substantial savings in capital equipment and subsequent operating expense.

Digital Agent's service "Blue, Where Voice And Data Converge", combines local dial tone, long distance and T-1 Internet services to deliver feature-rich, affordable, advanced communications as a fully managed service. Using Kagoor's VoiceFlow solution, Digital Agent's Blue services can be delivered with minimal configuration to the customer VoIP endpoints (e.g., analog phones with ATAs or IP phones) and no changes to existing data firewall/NAT equipment at the customer site.

"Deploying the Kagoor VoiceFlow remote NAT traversal application allows us to attract and retain more customers," said Howard Hunter, president of Digital Agent. "Now our voice and data customers are able to utilize our platform more efficiently with a higher level of security and lower cost for us."

Kagoor's VoiceFlow only solution to deliver the full complement of VoIP applications: Enterprise NAT, NAT traversal, VPN aggregation, network protection and carrier peering. Kagoor provides the most scalable and comprehensive Session Border Control solutions, including high capacity, fault tolerant carrier grade (VF-3000), smaller VoIP service provider or carrier edge (VF-1000) and enterprise CPE (VF-200). VoiceFlow supports all major VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323, MGCP) as well as the most extensive vendor extensions.

"Our VoiceFlow NAT traversal solution is a great fit with Digital Agent's next generation services," stated Opher Kahane, CEO and co-Founder of Kagoor Networks. "Kagoor is helping Digital Agent reduce cost and improve its time to market by eliminating the need for CPE and simplifying the overall complexities of their VoIP service delivery."
