Cramer Delivers Netcool

(Nasdaq: MUSE), the leading provider of service and business assurance software, today announced that the Cramer Dimension platform is now a Netcool(r) Ready(tm) solution and the integration is generally available. The integrated solution between Cramer Dimension and Micromuse's Netcool suite is designed to help service providers enhance fault management operations. The two companies jointly developed software adaptors to facilitate the integration: the Netcool/Impact Data Source Adapter(tm) for Cramer and the Cramer Adaptor for Micromuse. The integrated solution will help service providers with large, complex networks streamline Operations Support Systems (OSS) processes to reduce systems integration costs.
