ComArch strengthens it position in OSS/BSS market

KRAKOW, Poland -- Comarch, a leading Central and Eastern European provider of software and IT solutions is continuing fast growth. In Q1 2005 faced 20% increase on the revenues with new billing and network management contracts in Middle East, Latin America and Europe. With other customer wins such as O2 Germany and Bouygues Telecom or regular contracts with Nokia, Comarch is becoming more and more noticeable market player.
Comarch is offering its flagship billing and customer care platform TYTAN, and new generation network management system InsightNet. These products have been chosen by over 40 telecom operators all over the world making Comarch a leading provider of OSS/BSS systems in the world.

In 2004 Comarch reported high growth which exceeded forecast plans with revenues reaching 329 mln PLN which constitutes 28% increase against 2003 results. Comarch also noted very high 60% net income dynamics in 2004 which amounted to 14 mln PLN. Comarch export sales surged by 85% to 65 mln PLN.
