SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Cisco (NASDAQ:CSCO - News) today announced that Executive Vice President Gary Moore has been appointed Chief Operating Officer, a new position within Cisco. Moore previously ran Cisco Services and will continue to report to John Chambers, chairman and CEO of Cisco.
