LOUIS -- Beginning today, Charter Communications® is further enhancing customers’ high-speed Internet experience by providing faster downloads through PowerBoost®, a technology that temporarily increases Internet download speeds. Recently, the company also doubled its upload speeds for Charter High-Speed® Internet Express and Internet Plus customers. In keeping with its commitment to continually provide customers with additional value, Charter is making these service enhancements available at no extra charge.
