OLD BRIDGE, N.J. -- Blonder Tongue Laboratories, Inc. (AMEX: "BDR") announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Blonder Tongue Investment Company, has completed the sale of selected patents to Moonbeam L.L.C., for net proceeds of $2,000,000. In connection with the sale, Blonder Tongue will retain a non-exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to continue to manufacture, use, sell, distribute and otherwise exploit all of the Blonder Tongue products currently protected under these patents. These products include some of the Interdiction lines in the Addressable Subscriber category of equipment.
