Lithuanian mobile carrier Bitë GSM selects ComArch's TYTAN Billing Platform

KRAKOW, Poland -- Bitë GSM, the leading Lithuanian mobile carrier, have chosen ComArch flagship BSS suite to assist its operations on the highly competitive market and enable a fully fledged range of mobile services including those based on GPRS and EDGE technologies. The implementation of ComArch TYTAN Billing Platform aims at overcoming the existing application constrains and meeting the growing market demands.

ComArch will implement all the key modules of TYTAN Billing Platform including InterPartner Billing and Revenue Sharing to manage and account for the partnership agreements with Service and Content Providers, as well as other systems among them Customer Care, WorkFlow, Mediation Device and Service Provisioning. ComArch project will include the integration of service providers’ support (rating, billing, billing in-sourcing) and Internet and data services accounting. “The general objective of the project is to shorten time to market with new services, improve processes work flow as well as to reduce cost of operation”- said Þilvinas Jurkðus, Bitë CTO.
