Atria Networks selects Commsolv for end-to-end order management and fulfillment

TORONTO -- Commsolv (www.commsolv.com), a leading developer of communications asset management software, announces that Atria Networks LP has selected the Commsolv Communications Asset Management software as its platform of record to handle all order management and fulfillment for Internet access, point-to-point connectivity and IT continuity solutions delivered on Atria Networks' extensive fiber-optic network in Southern Ontario.

In the fall of 2007 Atria needed to find a replacement for its current order management system. The company wanted a new back office platform that could support the broad end-to-end service fulfillment needs of a growing organization and offered the robustness and scalability needed to support Atria's aggressive fiber network acquisition plans. In addition, Atria needed extensive workflow functionality, a flexible and easy to configure product catalogue and powerful reporting capabilities. Ease of integration with third party applications such as Microsoft Great Plains and HP Service Desk were also critical requirements.

Having investigated a number of alternative solutions, Atria finally decided to go with the Commsolv Communication Asset Management platform, which met and exceeded every one of their key requirements.
