REDMOND, Wash. -- AT&T Wireless (NYSE:AWE - News) has launched a new program to ensure that consumers are on the best calling plan possible.

The AT&T Wireless 90-Day Best Deal Promise allows customers who sign up after Nov. 2, 2003 to change calling plans within 90 days of service activation if the company chooses to offer a better deal on a qualified AT&T Wireless plan. They can do so without penalty or a need for contract renewal, the company said.

"Our Best Deal Promise, which no other wireless company offers, lets consumers know that they don't have to wait for a better deal to come along. It is just one more way that we are earning our customers' trust," said Terry Madonia, the company's senior vice president of marketing. "We are also the only wireless company to offer a 30-day, risk-free trial on all our services."

The AT&T Wireless 90-Day Best Deal Promise will be offered nationally on all two-year contracted rate plans and will be available for a limited time. Equipment offers are excluded, the company said.
