ADC signs connectivity agreement with H3G Italy to serve up infrastructure necessary to provide quality 3G services

MINNEAPOLIS -- ADC (Nasdaq: ADCT) announced today a supplier agreement with H3G Italy. Under terms of the agreement, ADC will provide H3G with broadband connectivity products needed to complete its 3G network in Italy. The third-generation network will enable Hutchison 3G Italy to offer a range of compelling new services to a growing number of mobile users. The two-year agreement calls for H3G to use a wide array of ADC products ranging from digital signal cross connects (DSX), optical cross connects (OX), FiberGuide(r) fibre cabling systems, FL2000 wall and rack-mount panels, fibre management trays, and patch cords in addition to other connectivity gear produced by ADC. The products are approved for use throughout H3G in Italy as it builds out existing and new base stations and transmission sites.
