ATLANTA -- Xiocom Wireless, Inc., a global provider of integrated wireless broadband solutions, announced today the acquisition of RoamAD, including its brand, trademarks, intellectual property and patents.
The strategic acquisition of the RoamAD platform brings to Xiocom an industry-leading router and network management technology for wireless broadband networks. The integration of RoamAD and Xiocom technologies enables a more cost-effective and rapid deployment of wireless broadband networks globally.
