CENTENNIAL, Colo. -- TVMAX, a leader in Triple Play services (Cable, Internet, Phone)to MDU (multiple dwelling unit) housing communities in the greater Houston, TX area, is launching TiVo®HD DVRs through Evolution Digital, a leading supplier of digital solutions for bandwidth reclamation andnext generation advanced set-top boxes.

Evolution is providing TVMAX with TiVo HD DVRs through a cable operator focused partnership with TiVoInc., the creator of and a leader in television services for digital video recorders (DVRs), whereby Evolutionis streamlining the process for small to mid-size operators to facilitate the launch of the ultimate HD DVRand internet entertainment experience, while also offering a financially attractive competitive solution to theprevious offering.

TVMAX will be providing customers with TiVo HD DVRs using Evolution CableCARDs powered by ConaxContent Security. In May 2009, TVMAX completed the transition to a 100% all-digital cable system,capitalizing on Evolution’s low-cost DTAs and world-class Conax encryption equipment.
