Thomson Video Launches High-Density Encoder

RENNES, France -- Thomson Video Networks today introduced new, higher-density versions of its industry-leading ViBE™ EM4000 multi-channel encoder and ViBE CP6000 modular contribution platform. Both systems now feature a density of eight HD channels per rack unit and significant enhancements for increasing operational flexibility and decreasing the cost per channel."Our ViBE EM4000 and CP6000 solutions offer significant reductions in OPEX and CAPEX by saving power, rack space, and cabling.
