LAS VEGAS -- Telular Corp. (NASDAQ: WRLS), the global leader in transforming analog into wireless communications, announced today the availability of the Wi-PATH SX7 series for 3G networks, allowing for instant voice, data and fax services over a single wireless network. The 3G device delivers the complete mobile communication experience to nationwide HSDPA and EVDO networks without the hassle of upgrading existing equipment.

Telular’s SX7 series allows businesses and residential customers to simultaneously use both analog and digital communication devices over a single wireless network. The SX7 delivers flexible and cost effective mobile wireless connectivity for government, public safety, and marine users. Additionally, the SX7 extends the range of cellular coverage to meet the remote deployment needs of utility companies and construction sites.

The SX7 series is comprised of the SX7T (terminal) and SX7M (modem), which support packet data transfer accessible via Ethernet or USB ports. The SX7T also supports voice, fax, and, with a carrier’s approval, circuit switched data connections. Enhanced services are accessible via the RJ-11 FXS ports. These ports emulate a PSTN central office and are compatible with plain old telephone services (POTS phones), analog modems, analog fax machines, PBX analog trunk, caller ID boxes, cable satellite and cable boxes and telephone answering machines.

“We are very pleased to provide a wireless access option for traditional communication technologies, that delivers all the benefits of modern cellular networks,” said Joseph Beatty, President and CEO of Telular Corp. “With our SX7 series, subscribers have access to the increased mobility, productivity and flexibility of cellular communications without having to make the difficult decision to turn their existing business’s processes upside down.”
