Mobile advertising pioneer Smaato closes $4.5M financing round

REDWOOD SHORES, Calif. -- Smaato, the leading mobile ad optimizer and mobile advertising company, today announced the closing of its second institutional round of funding (Series B). Aeris CAPITAL led the $4.5 million round, with an undisclosed partner and existing shareholders also participating.
