Sensustech introduces Roamer Performance Monitoring (RPM) system to help operators acquire and retain more visiting roamers
September 20, 2005

BRISTOL, U.K. -- Sensustech, the mobile network quality measurement company, has launched a Roamer Performance Monitoring (RPM) system to help operators acquire and retain more visiting roamers. It is a new application for the Sensustech Insight Network Quality Management system which uses remote controlled devices moving around the network in vehicles to feedback information on delivered quality of service. The RPM system shows operators exactly where they are gaining and losing roaming traffic on their network.
Says Robin Burton, Marketing Manager for Sensustech: “Roaming traffic is a highly important component of revenue for an increasing number of operators. Acquiring roamers in the first instance, and retaining them, is therefore a vital corporate objective.
The Sensustech Roamer Performance Monitoring system shows operators exactly where they are winning and losing roamers…throughout the network. The key areas can be directly pin-pointed and action taken promptly.”
