With over 20 years experience in optical technology industries, Dr. Ritchie has developed many successful businesses. Most recently he was VP and General Manager of JDSU's Fiber Bragg Grating business unit after JDSU acquired Indx Pty Ltd, which Ian led from its time as start-up to a highly profitable, multi-million dollar business unit. Roger Keane, a member of the Redfern Photonics board, is a Vice President of GE Equity, a subsidiary of GE Capital, the private capital and venture capital arm of the General Electric Company. The global business currently has about US$4.5 billion invested in over 450 transactions.
