Secure WLAN systems provider ReefEdge raises $13M in its latest round of investor financing

FORT LEE, N.J. -- ReefEdge Networks, the leader in interoperable, managed and secure wireless LAN systems for multi-site enterprises, announced today it has raised $13 million in its latest round of investor financing bringing total investment in the company to over $40 million. ReefEdge will use the funding to fuel the company's next stage of growth in the rapidly growing market for multi-site wireless LAN systems.
Comcast Interactive Capital led the latest round of funding as a new investor. All major existing investors participated in the round including Bessemer Venture Partners, Columbia Capital, RRE Ventures, Allegra Partners, Ericsson Venture Partners and Saturn Venture Partners.
