RealChip Hires 2 Guys Named Raj

SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- RealChip Communications Inc. has announced the appointment of Raj Parekh as chairman of the Board. Parekh is currently chairman, CTO, and co-founder of Comstellar Technologies. Before starting Comstellar, he co-founded Redwood Venture Partners, a venture capital firm dedicated to fostering high technology companies in communications, networking, and related areas. Previously, he served at Sun Microsystems as vice president of Engineering, as well as general manager of Java Products for Sun Microelectronics. Prior to joining Sun, Parekh was vice president and general manger with Silicon Graphics. He serves on the Board of Directors for many companies, including Tharas Systems, G-Tran, Nazomi Technology, Niksun, Kromos Technology, Magma and PulseCore. Prior to Comstellar, Raj Singh was a General Partner with Redwood Venture Partners, a venture capital firm he founded in 1997.
