SAN JOSE, Calif. -- RadioLAN Marketing Group (RMG), a pioneer in high-speed wireless bridging systems, has introduced an all-in-one wireless bridge for interconnecting Ethernet LANs from building to building. The compact Campus BridgeLINK-Lite is a full-featured version of the company’s Campus BridgeLINK family, but incorporates the radio, bridge processor, and antenna all inside a single weathertight enclosure that can be easily mounted and connected to a network. This new product is designed especially for outside mounting on commercial and industrial applications where cost-effectiveness and ease-of-installation are most important. With Campus BridgeLINK Lite, the radio, antenna, and all the digital electronics are in the same weatherproof enclosure. A simple Power-over-Ethernet approach eliminates costly and difficult RF cables installation, and maximizes the range capability.“This is an important addition to our Campus BridgeLINK product line,” said Tom Mitchell, CEO of RadioLAN, “because it brings a compact, easy-to-install, and low-cost solution to network administrators who are just beginning to recognize the advantages of 5 GHz wireless bridges. This solution should convince a whole segment of the networking population that wireless bridge systems are a viable and attractive option for high-speed, high-throughput networks.”RadioLAN Marketing Group
