Orange Business Services delivers global integration services to support Aruba Networks

PARIS -- Orange Business Services has signed a global integration services contract with Aruba Networks, Inc., a global leader in equipment supporting wireless LANs and secure unified mobility solutions, to provide global installation and maintenance support for Aruba’s customers worldwide. The contract also includes four-hour turnaround for replacement field parts.
Orange Business Services’ field services and logistics capabilities are intended to ensure seamless business continuity, regardless of the size or location of enterprise customers. “We chose Orange Business Services as our global partner because of their fast and reliable response capabilities. This service will help Aruba address a major logistics issue while simultaneously enhancing the customer experience," said Dave Peterson, head of manufacturing operations at Aruba.
